摘要
随着人们对乘用车辆乘坐舒适性、稳定性要求的不断提高,汽车减振越来越引起企业和专业人士的注意,其中,动力吸振器备受关注。传统的动力吸振器(DVA)作为一种吸振装置广泛应用于航空航天、船舶、汽车等工业领域。然而,由于传统的动力吸振器有效工作频域小,严重影响了他的工作稳定性和适用范围。本文介绍探究了基于磁流变弹性体(MRE)的动力吸振器,其刚度可根据外界磁场的改变而改变,以此来改变吸振器的固有频率,对外界激励频率进行追踪,达到最优吸振效果。文中介绍了动力吸振器固有频率随外界电流改变而变化的移频特性,并通过matlab建模仿真,得出其吸振效果明显优于传统的动力吸振器。
As people ask for much riding comfort and stability,many industries and professionals put more and more attention to vibration reduction,then,dynamic vibration absorber has attracted much attention. Traditional dynamic vibration absorber(DVA) is widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding.automobile and so on.however,it is only effective at narrow working frequency range,This shortcoming has limited its stability and application.This article introduces an adaptive tuned vibration absorber(ATVA) based on unique characteristics of magnetorheological elastomers(MREs),its stiffness can adjust adaptive according to the change of external magnetic field,then,change its The natural frequency,reaching the optimal vibration absorbing effect.This paper introduces the shift-frequency capability of the ATVA,whose frequency change along with the of current change,and by modeling and simulation based on matlab,get the conclusion that its effect of vibration absorber is much better than the traditional dynamic vibration absorber.
