摘要
由于良好的喷雾特性对发动机的各项性能有重要影响,因此对液化石油气(LPG)的喷雾特性进行数值模拟。利用CFD数值分析技术,并以FIRE软件为分析平台,划分计算网格,建立气穴模型,对喷嘴内部流场进行分析,在考虑气穴的形成对LPG喷雾影响的条件下,设定初始条件,并得出喷嘴外部液态LPG喷雾的数值模拟结果。最终将模拟计算结果与实验结果进行对比,证明该数值模拟方法在对发动机喷雾过程的计算中有很高的精确度。
Good spray characteristics always impact the performance of the engine,so does the numerical simulation of the spray characteristics of LPG.Using CFD numerical analysis techniques,and the FIRE software as platform,to divide computational grid cavitation model,to analyze the flow field inside the nozzle.Under consideration of cavitation formed on LPG spray impact conditions,set the initial conditions,and obtained liquid LPG spray numerical simulation results outside of the nozzle.The final simulation and experimental results are compared,to prove the high accuracy of the numerical simulation method in the calculation engine spray process.
