摘要
为实现发动机缸体在空中翻转,检查工件外观,对此设计的发动机缸体翻转检查机,简述设计原理,包括升降结构,翻转结构及工件夹紧结构的设计。该装置主要是放在发动机缸体生产线上的最后工序,用来检查工件是否完整,有无损伤,磕碰等等,并且升降装置将工件升起后在空中可以翻转任意角度停止,观察发动机缸体外观,是发动机生产线上比较重要的设备。
Engine block for the realization of flips in the air,check the appearance of the workpiece,the design of the engine block flip this inspection machines,outlining design principles,including the lifting structure,flip structure and workpiece clamping structures.The device mainly on the engine block production line is the last step,is used to check whether the piece is complete,without injury,bump,etc.,and the workpiece rises after lifting device can be flipped in the air at any angle stop,observe the engine block appearance that is more important engine production line equipment.
