摘要 通过对电炉冶炼终点碳含量、LF终渣成分以及真空后的软吹时间三个方面,分析了影响马钢出口车轴坯T.O含量的主要因素。分析认为,在马钢特钢公司工况条件下,冶炼终点碳和真空后的软吹时间对车轴坯T.O含量几乎没有影响,但是冶炼终点碳含量从0.04%提高到0.10%,可以降低出钢脱氧成本约12元/t钢。控制LF终渣成分,使得终渣中(SiO2)含量低于4%、CaO/Al2O3达到1.70-1.85,可以实现车轴坯T.O含量≤10ppm。 In this article analyze the main factors affected the T. O content of the exported axle billet of Masteel through the final earbon content of EAF, the final slag component of LF and the soft blowing time after vacuuming. We think that in the existing working conditions of Masteel Special Steel Company, the final carbon content of EAF and the soft blowing time after vacuuming havent any influ- ence to the T. O content of the axle billet. But we can decrease ~ 12 yuan/ton of the cost of tapping deoxidation by improving the EAF final carbon content from 0.04% to 0.10%. By controlling the final slag component of LF, to get the (SiO2) content of the final slag less than 4%, CaO/A1203 arrived 1. 70 to 1.85, then we ean actualize the T. O content of the axle billet less than 10 ppm.
