摘要
基于当前经济环境,能源计量提升刻不容缓,电能表的管理已经严重影响了电能计量;望通过电能表的配备率和电能表的量值溯源,改善和提高电能计量,从而提高马钢能源计量。
Base on current economic enviroment,which promote energy meterage is brook no de- lay. The management of eletrice energy meter has influenced energy meterage, who wants to promote electric energy meter of MA steel by equipped with rate of eletrice energy meter and measurement.
