摘要
企业在发展的同时享有了大龄化职工最宝贵的青春和发明创造、精力体力贡献,但对他们年龄老化后的观念与思想都未形成共识。问题研究、政策准备、资源准备不足,甚至在思想认识存在误区,认为员工平均年龄高企对企业社会经济的影响是负面的,这就潜在性为企业发展甚至生存埋下隐患和危机,作为政治思想工作者,这里是不能忽视的重要方面与工作前沿。
Problem analysis research, policy preparation, resources insufficiency, and the erroneous ideological understanding of the negative social and economic impacts posted to the enterprises by the aging employees, all these create a hidden danger and crisis to the survival of the enterprises. To the political ideologists, here are the forefront important aspects and work that cannot be neglected.
