摘要
党的十八大报告中提出的新"两个凡是",充分体现了党以人为本的科学发展观、为人民服务的根本宗旨以及党的群众路线,表明了党的执政理念的人民性的与时俱进。深入贯彻落实新"两个凡是",深刻领会党的执政理念的人民性,对于当前加强和改善党的领导以及早日实现建成小康社会的宏伟目标具有重要意义。
The New ＂Two Whatevers＂, put forward in the Report on the 18th National Congress of the CPC, demonstrated the Party＇s fundamental purpose of people-oriented scientific concept of development and serving the people, the mass line, as well as the people-oriented characteristics in its ruling philosophy. The implementation of the New ＂Two Whatevers＂and the comprehensive understanding towards such characteristics is of great significance to the leading of the Party and the completion of the construction of an affluent society.
