浅议加油站资金管理存在的问题及解决对策

加油站资金是指加油站的油品以及非油品营业款、IC卡充值款、加油站备用金等。资金安全是加油站安全管理至关重要的一个方面。由于制度建设、监督检查不到位等原因,加油站资金管理方面存在一些问题。加油站应从建立健全资金安全管理制度、加强现金及银行卡刷卡管理、完备先进的硬件设施并加强安全运营管理,以及制定资金安全管理应急预案等方面着手,筑起一道加油站资金安全的防火墙。

Gas station funds refer to the gas station’s oil and non-oil business models,IC card recharge cards,gas station petty cash,etc.The safety of funds is a critical aspect of the gas station security management.Due to system construction,supervision and inspection are not in place and other reasons,there are some problems in the gas station fund management.Establish and improve the system of the fund security management,strengthen the management of cash and bank card credit,advanced hardware facilities and enhance safety operations management,and to make the contingency plans of the funds safety management.
