广东汉族人低分子量多肽基因的检测

Detection of Low Molecular Weight Peptides Gene in the Hans in Guangdong.

目的 :了解广东汉族人LMP基因的分布特点。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应技术对正常人低分子量多肽基因LMP2 和LMP3 进行扩增以cfoⅠ进行限制性酶切图谱分析。结果 :广东汉族人的LMP2 和LMP7的基因频率分别是LMP2 A 0 .32 32、LMP2 B 0 .6 76 8、LMP7 A 0 .4 174、LMP7 B 0 .582 6。结论 :广东汉族人LMP基因的分布与与其它地区人群的分布有不同。

Objective: To identify the distribution feature of LMP gene in the Hans in Guangdong Province. Method:LMP 2 and LMP 7 genes from normal individuals were amplified with PCR and their restricted enzyme digested maps analysis were done with cfoI. Results:It was shown that the gene frequency of LMP 2 and LMP 7 was as follewed: LMP 2*A 0.3232,LMP 2 *B 0.6768,LMP 7*A 0.4174,LMP 7*B 0.5826. Condusion:The LMP gene's distribution in the Hans in Guangdong Province is different from those in other areas.
