摘要
行动导向教学是一种以学生为主体,教、学、做一体化的教学模式。该教学模式可以培养学生的实践能力和综合素质,因而常被应用于实务课程教学中。《商业银行柜台业务》作为一门操作性非常强的课程,对学生的动手实践能力有较高的要求。在《商业银行柜台业务》课程教学中采用行动导向教学模式,从课程体系确定、教学方法变革和评价体系确定等方面对课程进行改革,对于实现课程教学目标、提高教学效果、提高学生职业技能起到了良好的作用。
Action oriented teaching is a kind of the teaching mode which take the student as the main body of teaching,learning and doing,the teaching mode can cultivate the students’ practical ability and comprehensive quality,thus it is often used in the teaching of the practice course.Commercial bank counter business as a strong,practical curriculum,it has higher requirements to student’s practice ability and practice ability.Take the application of action orientation in the commercial bank counter business course as the research object,do reform on from the course system,teaching method and the determine of evaluation system could play a good effect on teaching target,teaching effect and the professional skill.
