In the new situation of deepening of reform,the social transformation accelerated,and in the case of the profound adjustment in interest relationship,optimization of the social ecological environment is more urgent.Therefore,we need to strengthen the construction of public culture,and to make the formation of the social ecological environment that is good for the non-profit organization development.That is the inevitable requirement of non-profit organization system design.
