文化产业作为朝阳产业在我国发展迅猛,而高职院校原有的人才培养模式不能与现有的文化产业相适应。根据对文化产业的需求与人才培养的难点提出"以地区文化产业发展特色为导向,明确文化产业人才培养目标,改进现有的教学体制,确立校企结合"的高职文化产业人才培养模式。
