研究生教育与我国经济增长的匹配关系 被引量:33

An Empirical Study on the Matching Relationship of Graduate Education and Economic Growth in China

摘要 鉴于目前少有关于研究生教育与经济增长之间关系的实证研究,本研究利用我国2003-2009年的省际面板数据,使用宏观明瑟收入模型(Macro-Mincer wage equation)对这一问题进行实证研究。实证结果发现,整体上,我国的研究生教育对经济增长具有显著的正向作用。此外,本研究还对东中西三个地区的研究生教育对于当地经济增长的贡献分别进行了分析与比较,实证结果发现东部地区研究生教育对于当地经济增长的促进作用最大,其次是西部地区,而中部地区研究生教育对于当地经济增长的促进作用不显著。这表明中部地区的研究生教育和当地的经济发展不够匹配,有必要进行相应的结构调整。 Since there are few empirical studies on the relationship between graduate education and economic growth,this study uses inter-provincial panel data(2003-2009) and applies 'Macro-Mincer' wage equation to investigate this issue.The results show that graduate education has a significant positive effect on the economic growth in general.Moreover,the study analyzes regional differences as well and finds that the promotive effect of graduate education is the most positive and significant in eastern region,followed by the western region;while in the central region the effect is not significant.The results suggest that graduate education and local economy might not be coordinatively developed in the central region and the structural adjustment for graduate education system is a pressiong question.
