Analysis and Warning of Drug Poisoning in Hemodialysis Patients Caused by Cefepime and Levofloxacin

对1例药物中毒病例进行分析,对于肾功能不全或肾功能衰竭进行血液透析的患者,用药时应充分考虑药物在体内的排泄途径,经肾脏排泄的药物要根据肌酐清除率调整给药剂量,血液透析的患者要考虑所用药物能否经血液透析透出体外,否则按常规剂量给药,可导致药物中毒。

Analysis was made on one patient with drug poisoning. For the patients with renal insufficiency or hemodialysis patients with renal failure, consideration should be given fully in medication of the pathway of drug excretion in vivo. For the drugs excreted through kidney, dosage should be adjusted according to creatinine clearance rate. For hemodialysis patients consideration should be made if the drug used can be excreted through hemodialysis, otherwise even conventional dosage may lead to drug poisoning.
