硫酸依替米星注射液致神经肌肉阻滞不良反应1例

One Case of Adverse Reaction of Neuromuscular Block Induced by Etimicin Sulfate Injection

1例56岁男性患者因急性肠炎就诊,给予硫酸依替米星氯化钠注射液100mg静脉滴注,0.5h后出现面色苍白、胸闷、抽搐等神经肌肉阻滞症状,持续十余秒。立即停药,给予地塞米松、异丙嗪治疗,未再出现异常。改用乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗,好转离院。

Etimicin sulfate and sodium chloride injection （100 mg） was given by intravenous drip to a 56-year-old male patient who suffered from acute gastroenteritis. Half an hour after the drug administration, the patient exhibited neuromuscular block-like symptoms such as pale, chest tightness and convulsion, which sustained more than ten seconds. The injection was immediately stopped and dexamethasone and promethazine were administered instead , no abnormal reaction happened. Levofloxacin lactate was then given to the patient and his condition was improving.
