离子交换法回收氨基酸及赤霉素废水处理研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用732阳离子交换树脂回收赤霉素废水中的氨基酸,然后对吸附余液进行絮凝处理。结果表明:调节赤霉素废水pH为2,上柱吸附时间为90 min,吸附完毕后进行洗脱、干燥得到混合氨基酸,氨基酸的回收率为91.3%;使用PAC+PAM(1∶1)复合絮凝剂对吸附余液进行絮凝处理,当絮凝剂的添加量为15 mg/L时,COD的清除率为85.2%,排放水的COD为146.7 mg/L,达到国家污水排放二级标准。 The 732 cation exchange resin was used to extract amino acid from gibberellin wastewater, then the surplus liquid of adsorption was treated by flocculants. The result indicated that the pH of gibberellin wastewater adjusted to 2, the adsorption time controlled at 90 min, after the elution and drying, the recovery rate of amino acid could reach 91.3%. The surplus liquid of adsorption treated by the PAC+PAM (1 : 1) composite flocculants, when the addition was 15 mg/L, the removing rate of COD was 85.2% and the COD was 146.7 mg/L. The treated wastewater reached the 11 ejection standard of the country.
