亚临界萃取技术在提取荆芥中活性物质的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了以荆芥为原料,以丁烷作为亚临界介质,采取亚临界萃取技术提取荆芥活性物质的工艺流程。试验对萃取压力,温度,时间,次数进行了优化,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验来确定最佳工艺条件。确定亚临界萃取荆芥活性物质最佳条件为:鲜荆芥进行粉碎,萃取压力0.5 MPa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间30 min,萃取次数3次。该方法提取率较高,且提取过程无毒,无害,环保,无污染,能够保留提取物质的活性不被破坏,可以进行工业化生产,运行成本较低。 The process of subcritical extraction technology using butane as subcritical fluid to extract the active substances of Nepeta was studied. The tests were designed with different extraction pressures, temperatures, time and extraction times. Based on the one-factor-at-a-time experiments, the optimum process conditions by Orthogonal test was confirmed. The best conditions for extracting the active substances of Nepeta was determined with a crushing, a extraction pressure of 0.5 MPa, a extraction temperature of 40 ℃, one extraction for 30 min, and 3 extractions. This method can be used in industrialized production. With a higher extraction rate and a lower operation cost, the extraction process is non-toxic, harmless, environmental, pollution- free, and able to prevent the activity of extracted substances from undermining.
