摘要
该文对市场上低热量冰淇淋开发进行了综述,并对市场上目前一些品牌冰淇淋进行了热值检测分析,与部分低热量爱茜茜里意大利冰淇淋的热值作了对比,爱茜茜里开发的低热量冰淇淋,其热值大幅降低约1/3~1/2。在保证冰淇淋的风味和营养的基础上,适应了现代青年、儿童、老年人,尤其是肥胖者、糖尿病、高血压、心脏病等患者的需求,是一种低热量保健冰淇淋。
The studies of low calorie ice cream was summarized. The calories of products from some famous ice cream brand in the market was compared with the ICEASON's low calorie ice cream, it is found that calories of ICEASON ice cream content was lower about 1/3-1/2. Keeping the special flavor and nutrition of ice cream, the ICEASON products are suitable for young people, children and old people, especially for consumers worrying about over-weight, diabetes, hypertension or heart disease. They are healthy and low fat ice creams.
