总粒相物含水率、烟丝含水率、感官质量的关系 被引量:9

摘要 为了解总粒相物含水率、烟丝含水率、感官质量的关系,研究了不同地域,不同焦油范围的14个牌号卷烟的常规化学成分、烟气与感官质量。结果表明:卷烟烟丝含水率随平衡湿度增加而增加,在每个平衡湿度下,烟丝含水率呈现一定范围;烟丝含水率影响总粒相物含水率,12.73%~13.32%烟丝含水率是总粒相物含水率趋势变化的拐点;总粒相物,烟碱,焦油与烟丝含水率变化趋势不明显,一氧化碳,吸阻有随烟丝含水率增大而增大的趋势,但不明显,但抽吸口数、卷烟单支总量随烟丝含水率增大而增大的趋势比较明显;总粒相物含水率对感官刺激性影响不明显,无明显相性。 In order to understand the relationship of moisture content of the TPM, moisture content of cut tobacco and sensory quality, different region, different brands of tar range of 14 cigarette of chemical components Mainstream Smoke and sensory quality, flue gas were studied. Moisture content of cut tobacco with the conditioning atmosphere increasing, at each conditioning atmosphere, moisture content of cut tobacco showed a certain range; moisture content of cut tobacco effects moisture content of TPM, 12.73%-13.32% moisture content of cut tobacco was the moisture content of TPM change trend of inflection point; TPM, nicotine, NFDPM and Moisture content of cut tobacco was not obvious, carbon monoxide, draw resistance with moisture content of cut tobacco increasing, but not obvious, the puff number, individual cigarette weight with moisture content of cut tobacco increases with the increase of the trend was obvious; the moisture content of TPM on irritancy effect was not obvious, no significant correlation.
