低温逆境下提高拮抗酵母菌XL-1拮抗效果的研究

摘要 为了明确低温逆境下影响拮抗酵母XL-1抑菌效果的因素,提高拮抗酵母XL-1拮抗效果。本试验通过添加不同碳源,氮源,金属离子和保护剂,研究其对拮抗酵母XL-1菌的影响及作用机制。结果表明:以蔗糖为碳源,以蛋白胨为氮源是XL-1生长及抗菌物质积累的最佳培养条件,对于金属离子的选择,是以添加浓度0.1 mol/L的Ca2+为佳,添加浓度0.1 mol/L的Ca2+和2%海藻糖均显著提高拮抗酵母XL-1的抑菌能力。 In order to clarify the impact factors of the antibacterial effect at low temperature conditions and improve the antagonistic effect of antagonistic yeast XL-1, the influence and fimction mechanism of antagonistic yeast XL-1 bacteria were studied by adding different carbon sources, nitrogen sources, metal ions, and protective agents. The results showed that: the optimal culture conditions for the growth and the antibacterial accumulation of XL- 1 are used substance sucrose as carbon source and peptone as the nitrogen source, respectively; for the choice of metal ions, the concentration of 0.1 mol/L of Ca2+ is preferably added, furthermore the added concentration 0.1 mol/L of Ca2+ and 2% trehalose significantly can also greatly improve the antibacterial capacity of antagonistic yeast XL-1.
