由于国内食品、饮料、酒类、医药等消费品领域对PET瓶需求不断攀升,带动了PET吹瓶压缩机市场发展,排气压力在3.0 MPa^5.0 MPa之间,多以活塞式压缩机3级串联为主导,国内目前单螺杆压缩机已取得核心技术突破,单级压缩排气压力可达到3.0 MPa,由于单螺杆压缩机在结构、稳定性、可靠性、寿命等多方面技术性能均优于目前使用的活塞式压缩机,这就为PET吹瓶用单螺杆压缩迎来发展空间。
Because the increase in demand of PET bottle in the field of the domestic food, beverage, wine, medicine and other areas of consumer goods, the PET blowing compressor market is developing. It exhausts pressure between 3.0 MPa-5.0 MPa, with piston type compressor 3 stage tandem. The single screw compressor has been the core technology breakthrough, with single stage compressor exhaust pressure to achieve 3 MPa. The single screw compressor are better than the piston type compressor in the structure, stability, reliability, life and other aspects of technical performance which brings the development of PET blowing single screw compressor.
