摘要
乳酸菌素是一类由乳酸菌在代谢过程中由核糖体合成的一类有抑菌活性的多肽。由于乳酸菌素安全、无毒副作用及无抗药性的优点,有望取代抗生素,已成为人们研究的热点。研究从乳酸菌素的分类、分离纯化及检测和应用等方面对乳酸菌素进行了综述。
Lactein is a kind of antimicrobial peptide produced by lactic acid bacteria through ribosomal synthesis. Lactein has been the focus of researchers because of the advantage of safety, no toxicity and no drug-resistance, which will be an alternative for antibiotics. The classification, purification, detection and application of latein were reviewed.
