Study on the Stability of ZnO-Bi_2O_3 Based Multilayer-Chip Varistors

摘要 研究了不同温度(900~1040℃)下烧结的ZnO-Bi2O3系叠层片式压敏电阻器(ML-CV)的热稳定性和8/20μs电流脉冲冲击稳定性,发现1000℃烧结的MLCV试样的稳定性最好,其压敏电压变化率的温度系数低于1.67×10-4/K,电脉冲冲击后压敏电压和分线性指数的变化率分别仅为0.25%和4.27%。然后分析了烧结气氛对MLCV在1 mA直流负载作用下压敏电压稳定性的影响,发现当垫料中添加剂的质量百分比比试样中添加剂质量百分比高20%时,MLCV试样压敏电压的稳定性最高。 The changing of electrical properties induced by ambient temperature change and 8/20/us typed current pulse are studied firstly. It was found that MLCV sintered at 1 000 % has a better stability. The temperature coefficient of varistor voltage is less than 1.67x10-4/K and changing rates of varistor voltage and nonlinear exponent is 0.25% and 4.27% respectively after stresses by current pulse. Then the influence of sintering atmosphere on stability of varistor voltage with time under lmA direct current load was investigated too. It was found that MLCV sintered at 1 000 ℃ had the best stability when the mass rate of additives in the mixture providing sintering atmosphere is 1.2 times of that in ZnO ceramics.
