摘要
根据塑件开口端的特殊形状,为了让推件板与曲面端吻合,推件板的形状依照塑件顶端的曲边而设计成曲面。运用Moldflow有限元软件,在模具制造之前,通过CAE软件的分析结果选择合理的成型工艺条件和冷却方法。结果表明,CAE与Pro/E的有机结合,可以预测可能产生熔接痕、气穴等缺陷的位置,避免了传统方法的反复试模、修模所引起的成本上升。从根本上提高了设计的准确性和高效性,大大缩短了设计周期。
For sleeve-shape injection molding products with streamlined open end, large numbers of rejects would come out if using conventional designing methods. Stripper plate was designed according to the special shape of open end, so that stripper plate and plastic part surface can anastomose with each other. Before manufacturing the injection mold, reasonable process parameters and cooling method can be obtained by applying Moldflow and the analysis of the CAE software. The results show that the combination of Pro,rE and CAE is helpful to predict the possible position of weld lines and air traps, avoid high cost caused by repeated mold testing and mold repairing. In essence, the designing accuracy and efficiency are increased, and mold designing cycle is tremendously shortened.
