边疆民族地区农业企业主导型科技服务模式探索

Leading Science and Technology Service Modes of Agricultural Enterprise in China Frontier Ethnic Area

针对边疆民族地区农业生产水平较低、农业产业地域性和特色性突出、科技需求复杂的特点,以云南省为例,系统分析边疆民族地区的农业技术需求、农业企业发展现状,提出以农业企业为主导,以科技培训、技术咨询、示范基地建设等传统方式与现代网络和通信技术融合,科技人员通过企业发挥作用,以企业带动加盟农户、以企业和农户辐射引导地区农业发展的现代农业科技服务模式,实现推广现代农业技术、提高农业生产水平和农民科技素质的目的。该模式有效解决了民族地区对新技术接受慢、普及难、持续性差等问题,取得较好成效。

There is a few difficulties for agriculture development in frontier ethnic area in China, such as lower agricultural production level, regional feature of agricultural industry and complex demand in science and technology. Taking Yunnan province as example, the study made a systematic analysis on science technology demand for agriculture and agricultural enterprise development status. The leading science and technology service mode was developed for agricultural enterprise in frontier ethnic area in China. In this mode, the modem information technology was united with some traditional service methods, such as technology training, knowledge consultation, and demonstration base building. The agricultural specialists were organized to make technology service by agricultural enterprises. Agricultural enterprises improved both the technological level of subordinate farmers at first, and then improved agricultural production level in surrounding areas. The final item of this mode is to extend the modem agricultural science and technology, enhance the agricultural production level and improve the farmer technological and cultural quality. The mode would work out many difficulties, such as slow to accent new technology, hard to extend and Door in nersistence in frontier ethnic areas in China.
