摘要 角色外行为包括归属性行为和挑战性行为。冲击行为是一种挑战性角色外行为。冲击行为的决策过程受到两个判断的影响,即对成功可能性的评估和对预期后果的评估。影响冲击行为的因素包括个体层次的因素和环境层次的因素。未来的研究主要集中在影响因素、跨文化、跨层次和动态过程研究等方面。 The extra - role behavior includes affiliative behaviors and challenging behaviors. Taking charge is an example of challenging extra- role behavior. Taking charge is defined as voluntary and constructive efforts, by individual employees, to effect organizationally functional change with respect to how work is executed. The decision to take charge will be affected by two judgments : an assessment of likely success and an assessment of likely consequences. The variables that will predict taking charge can be divided into Contextual Factors and Individual - Level Factors. Future research should focus on the following aspects : identifying a broader set of predictors, encouraging longitudinal research so that this dynamic process of taking charge can be more fully understood, conducting cross - cultural research to establish the generalizability of theory, performing cross - level research to widen the research perspective of taking charge and so on.
