Dynamic Capability Perspective on Knowledge Advantage Transforming into Competitive Advantage within Knowledge Networks

从动态能力的概念和特征分析出发,将企业知识网络的动态能力划分为知识创新能力、网络能力和知识整合能力三个维度,在此基础上分别探讨其不同维度与知识优势和竞争优势的关系,构建基于动态能力的企业知识网络知识优势向竞争优势转化模型,进而探寻动态能力在知识优势演化中的作用机理,为知识经济时代企业战略管理和知识管理提供参考。

From the concepts and characteristics of dynamic capabilities, the paper divides the dividing dynamic capabilities of the enterprise knowledge network into three dimensions of the knowledge innovation capacity, network capacity and knowledge integration capability. On this basis, the paper explores respectively the relationship between the different dimensions with knowledge advantage and competitive advantage. The transformation model is constructed based on the dynamic capabilities of enterprise knowledge network＇ s knowledge advantage to competitive advantage, and then the paper further explores the mechanism of dynamic ability in the evolution of knowledge advantage, which provides a reference for corporate strategic management and knowledge management in the era of knowledge economy.
