摘要
为了系统、全面、准确地反映国内动物基因工程研究演进及知识结构,以CNKI为平台,采用多元统计等可视化方法,在分时段分析国内该领域前沿热点特征的同时,增加对该研究密切相关的非热点主题的观察。结果显示:相关研究主要集中于纤维素酶产生菌的分离鉴定,纤维素基因的克隆、表达;纤维素酶基因的筛选集中于天牛、白蚁等真核生物;纤维素酶基因的研究更多集中于实际研究方法学的改进,建立宏基因组文库对瘤胃中产纤维素酶的微生物进行研究。通过精确检索,多视角科学观察,为该领域科研人员提供了科学决策参考依据。
In order to show the progress of domestic animal genetic engineering and knowledge structure systematicly, comprehensively and accurately, the thesis increased the observation of the study that is closely related to non - hot topic on CNKI, using multivariate statistical and other visual methods. The thesis analyzed the field in the forefront of hot spot at the same time in different periods. The results showed that related research focused on the cellulase BACTERIUM, cellulose gene cloning, expression. Cellulase gene screening concentrated on beetles, termites and other eukaryotes. Cellulase genes more focused on the improvement of the actual research methodology. The established metagenomic library researched on the microorganisms which produced cellulase in the rumen. The results showed that accurate retrieval, scientific observation of the multi - angle, which provided a scientific decision - making reference basis for researchers in this field.
