摘要
在知识经济时代,知识成为价值创造与组织间竞争的核心资源。对该资源的有效运作与管理,不仅要关注其数量,更应重视其质量。知识进化的效率和有效性是决定组织知识质量的关键因素,对组织知识进化绩效实施有效测度是建立知识进化子系统自组织机制、确保其性能得以稳步提高的基础性工作。因此,研究设计了知识进化绩效测度指标体系,详细讨论了指标评分策略、权重配置方案,并基于熵和粗糙集理论阐释了权重定量计算方法,继而分析并提出了知识进化绩效的整合计算方案,最后通过案例对前述原理与方法进行了验证与分析。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the core resources for value creation and organization competition. For the operation and management to knowledge resources, it should be paid attention to not only quantity but also quality. The efficiency and validity is the key factor to determine organization knowledge quality. And it's the groundwork to build the self-organizing mechanism of knowledge evolution sub-system, that the performance evaluation of knowledge evolution is brought into effect, in order to improve the system perfor- mance with steady steps. Accordingly, in this paper, based on the prophase work, an evaluating index system for knowledge evolution is analyzed and designed firstly. At the same time, the index marking and weight calculating strategy is discussed. And then, the weight configuration algorithm based on entropy and rough sets theory is also designed and explained. Simultaneously, the integrated calculating algorithm is analyzed and put forward, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At the end, the theory and method mentioned above is validated and analyzed via case study.
