京津风沙源治理工程生态影响及评估研究进展和展望

Review of the Research on Ecological Effects and Evaluation of Sandstorm Source Control Project in and around Beijing and Tianjin

控制水土流失、防止沙漠化、改善生态环境是我国京津风沙源治理工程的核心目标,因此,工程的生态影响和治理效果备受关注,对工程进行全面、客观的生态影响评估尤为重要。讨论了京津风沙源治理工程的生态影响及识别问题,总结了已有研究中评估工程生态影响的角度、定性与定量方法,并在评述国外相关研究进展的基础上,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

To control the soil erosion, to prevent the desertification and to improve the ecological environment are the core aims of implementing Sandstorm Source Control Project in and around Beijing and Tianjin. Therefore the project＇s ecological effects catch a close attention and an overall and objective evaluation on those effects is of im- portance. This paper discusses the ecological effects and identification of Sandstorm Source Control Project in and around Beijing and Tianjin, summarizes the angles and qualitative/quantitative methods to evaluate project＇s ecolog- ical effects in existing researches, and makes the perspectives for the future research direction on the basis of reviews of foreign related research.
