东南亚国家的南海问题研究:现状与走向

Studies on the South China Sea by Southeast Asian Countries: Status and Prospect

从2009年南海问题再次升温以来,在国际学术界南海问题研究中,东南亚学者开始扮演着越来越重要的角色。通过相关的文献分析和解读可以看到,东南亚学者的南海问题研究主要侧重于南海地区制度建设、南海问题国际法解读、东盟在南海问题中的角色以及南海问题新的和平倡议四个方面,而且研究内容开始向南海问题的国内影响因素、危机管理机制的建立等方向发展。深入全面把握东南亚国家南海研究的动向有助于我们知己知彼,吸收借鉴,利用更有针对性的研究加强南海问题公共外交,提高在这方面的国际话语权。

Since the year 2009, the South China Sea issue has become the hot spot in international security stud- ies. Scholars from Southeast Asian countries are playing a very important role in the academic circles. Based on the relevant documents, we could see that they research the issue from four main angles： institutional building, interna- tional law, ASEAN＇s role and peaceful proposals in the South China Sea. Furthermore, they are broadening the re- search to the domestic factors and crisis management concerning the South China Sea. Only by learning and re- searching the development of South China Sea studies in Southeast Asian countries, can we demonstrate our public diplomacy in the field and increase our discourse in the world arena.
