《伤寒杂病论》辨治肠易激综合征相关病证常用中药性味归经研究

Nature and Flavor and Channel Tropism Study of Common Used Herbs for Related Disease and Syndrome about IBS in Shanghan Zabing Lun

目的:研究《伤寒杂病论》辨治肠易激综合征(IBS)相关病证常用药物性味与归经。方法:选择《伤寒杂病论》中的"腹胀""腹痛""下利""便秘"等病证的辨治为研究对象,以相关条文的方证、药物为数据资料来源,录入相关数据,进行统计学处理。对其中出现频率>10%的16味中药的性味归经再次进行统计处理。结果:16味常用中药以补益气血之功为主,温中止痛、行气泻下之品为多;以温性药物为多,五味以辛味和苦味药为主,归经以入脾经(87.50%)和胃经(68.75%)的药物为多。结论:《伤寒杂病论》治疗IBS相关病证所用药物以温热之性居多;苦、辛、甘味药物常用,而以苦味药物为主;性味合参,多以辛温和苦温之品;涉及脏腑主要为脾胃、肺与大肠。

Objective：To study nature and flavor and channel tropism of common used herbs for related disease and syndrome about irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） in Shanghan Zabing Lun.Methods：By searching in syndrome differentiation and treatment of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,diarrhea,constipation in Shanghan Zabing Lun,we chose the relevant provision of prescriptions and herbs,then we collected the related data and did data manipulation,and then did further data manipulation for nature and flavor and channel tropism of 16 kinds of herbs in frequency greater than 10%.Results：The herbs mainly were nourishing qi and blood,secondly had the functions of warming middle-Jiao and relieving pain,promoting qi movement and purgation.As for four natures,most herbs were warm.As for five flavors,most herbs were pungent flavor and/or bitterness.As for channel tropism most herbs act on spleen（87.50%） and stomach（68.75%）.Conclusion：Most herbs are warm for treating IBS related diseases in Shanghan Zabing Lun.Bitterness,sweet and pungent flavor herbs are commonly used,and the main is the bitter.Comprehensive considering nature and flavor are pungent warm and bitter warm herbs,mainly involving spleen,stomach,lung and large intestine.
