110例儿童多发性抽动症患儿中医体质分析

Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physical Constitutions of 110 Cases of Children with Multiple Tics

目的:研究儿童多发性抽动症患儿的中医体质类型,分析抽动症患儿的体质特点,从而为中医药治疗儿童多发性抽动症提供科学的临床依据。方法:对110例多发性抽动症患儿进行问卷调查,评分分析,参照《中医体质分类与判定标准》判定儿童多发性抽动症患儿的体质分型。结果:110例儿童多发性抽动症患儿中偏颇体质96例,占87.3%。偏颇体质中单一体质共44例,占45.8%,其中阴虚质34例。兼夹质共52例,占54.2%,基本兼夹阴虚质,还有气郁质、气虚质、瘀血质、湿热质、痰湿质、特禀质、阳虚质和(或)兼阴虚质。结论:儿童多发性抽动症患儿中医体质以偏颇体质为主,偏颇体质中以阴虚质最多。

Objective：Through studying TCM constitutions of the children′s multiple twitch disease,and analyzing the physical characteristics of children′s multiple tics,to provide scientific clinical basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with multiple tics.Methods：Survey questionnaire of 110 cases of multiple tics and analysis score were made according to the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine classification and decision criteria,we determined physical parting of children with multiple tics.Results：Among 110 cases of children multiple tics,96 cases were partial constitution,accounting for 87.3%,in which 44 cases were single physical constitution,accounting for 45.8%,and 34 cases were the Yin deficiency.52 cases were mixed constitution,accounting for 54.2%,and basically mixed with Yin deficiency,Qi depression,blood stasis,damp-heat,phlegm-damp,special constitution,Yang deficiency and（or） Yin deficiency.Conclusion：The most important traditional Chinese medicine physical type of children multiple tics is partial constitution,in which Yin deficiency is the most.
