卢传坚治疗寻常型银屑病的用药规律——基于电子病例系统的数据挖掘分析

Analysis on Professor LU Chuanjian′s Drug Rugulations of Psoriasis Vulgaris Based on Electronic Medical Record System by Data Mining Technology

目的:探索临床病例中治疗寻常型银屑病的药对规律。方法:以广东省中医院卢传坚教授门诊中的寻常型银屑病病例为数据源,采用频数分析、关联规则等数据挖掘方法对病历中的资料进行数据挖掘,对核心药物、药对规律进行探讨。结果:通过209例1342诊次病历的分析,获得17类、161味药、14723药次及每一类药的核心药物,获得药对关联规则共50条。结论:卢传坚治疗寻常型银屑病善用清热祛瘀药,药对以清热以及活血药药对为主;所用药对既有效法古人者,也有自己创见者。

Objective：To explore drug regulation of professor LU Chuanjian in treating psoriasis vulgaris.Methods：According to clinical psoriasis vulgaris patients＇ electronic record,data mining technology of frequency analysis and association rules were adopted to explore the core drugs and regulations.Results：Through analyzing 209 cases of 1342 medical records,we got 17 categories,161 herbs,50 drug association rules,14723 drugs and the core of each kind.Conclusion：LU Chuanjian makes the best use of antipyretic drugs and blood circulation drugs to treat psoriasis vulgaris.His medication not only inherits the example of the ancients,but also owns its innovation.
