清宁护首汤结合耳穴压丸治疗女性更年期偏头痛临床观察

Clinical Effect of Migraine on Menopause Women Treated by Qingning Hushou Decoction Combined with Auricular Point Therapy

目的:观察清宁护首汤结合耳穴压丸治疗女性更年期偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将67例女性更年期偏头痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以清宁护首汤结合耳穴压丸治疗,对照组予以盐酸氟桂利嗪口服治疗,疗程均为6周,随访半年。在治疗前、治疗6周后按照《临床疾病诊断依据治愈好转标准》进行疗效判断,采用直观模拟标尺(VAS)评分法进行头痛指数评定,并对兼症改善情况进行比较。同时运用TESS副反应量表监测药物不良反应。结果:治疗组的总有效率为88.24%,对照组的总有效率为75.76%;治疗前治疗组头痛指数为12.34±7.12,对照组头痛指数为11.03±6.18,治疗后治疗组头痛指数为3.87±3.53,对照组头痛指数为7.35±5.86,两组治疗前后分别比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组明显。治疗后治疗组和对照组兼症平均总评分差值分别为(3.89±1.76)分和(2.92±1.58)分,差异均显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组TESS量表评分分别为(4.35±1.73)分和(11.56±1.57)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清宁护首汤结合耳穴压丸治疗女性更年期偏头痛发作优于单用氟桂利嗪,并且在改善偏头痛兼有症状方面明显优于对照组,具有副作用小、安全有效的特点。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of migraine in menopause women treated by Qingning Hushou Decoction combined with auricular point therapy.Methods：67 migraine patients in menopause women were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Qingning Hushou Decoction combined with auricular point therapy.The control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride.The two groups were both treated for 6 weeks,and followed up for half a year.Before and after treatment,the effect was respectively detected by the standards of clinical diagnosis;the visual analog scale（VAS） assessment method and the headache index assessment,quantificat scale of symptoms in TCM were used to assess its TCM syndrome.At the same time,the TESS side reaction scale monitoring was used for drug reactions.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 88.24%,compared to the total efficiency in the control group 75.76%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The headache index before treatment in the treatment group was 12.34±7.12,while in the control group was 11.03±6.18,after treatment the headache index was respectively 3.87±3.53 and 7.35±5.86.The differences in the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.After 6 weeks treatment,the average total score difference in two groups was respectively 3.89±1.76 and 2.92±1.58,the differences were significant,with statistical significance（P0.05）.The treatment group and the control group on TESS scores were 4.35±1.73 and 11.56±1.57,two groups had significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Qingning Hushou Decoction combined with auricular point therapy in the treatment and improvement of migraine in menopause women has a marked effect and with no side effect.
