哺乳期妇女抚触按摩配合补充微量元素对新生儿生长发育促进作用的研究

Trace Element Supplement for Lactating Women to Promote Growth and Development of Newborn

目的:观察哺乳期妇女补充微量元素对新生儿生长发育及疾病预防的影响。方法:选取于2010年1月—2012年6月来本院自然分娩且能长期母乳喂养的哺乳期母亲1080例,随机分为对照组和观察组各540例,对照组给予抚触并配合穴位抚摩,饮食照常无改变;观察组在对照组基础上根据新生儿微量元素测定情况调整饮食结构,适当补充微量元素;于哺乳喂养后1个月测定新生儿的血清微量元素水平(镁、钙、锌、铜、铁)和生长发育指标(体重、身长、头围),随访统计两组新生儿1年内感染及传染性疾病的发生情况。结果:观察组血清中镁、钙、锌、铜、铁等微量元素的含量明显升高,与对照组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的生长发育指标也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的感染性、传染性疾病发生率明显低于对照组。结论:哺乳期妇女补充微量元素并配合穴位按摩后,新生儿体内微量元素水平明显升高,不仅可以促进新生儿的生长发育,还提高了免疫力,降低了疾病发生率,这对新生儿的正常发育有着重要的意义。

Objective：To investigate the effect of trace element supplement for lactating women to promote growth and disease prevention of newborns.Methods：1080 cases of natural childbirth and breastfeeding women from January 2010 to June 2012,were randomly divided into two groups（n=540 each）.The control group was given acupuncture points touch and diet had no change,while the observation group adjusted diet structure according to the situation of trace elements from newborns and appropriate supplemented trace elements.The newborns＇ serum levels of trace elements（magnesium,calcium,zinc,copper,iron） and growth indicators（body weight,body length,upper arm circumference） were determined after being fed 1 month.Two groups′neonatal infectious diseases were counted within 1 year.Results：Trace elements such as serum magnesium,calcium,zinc,copper,iron in serum of observation group was increased significantly compared with the control group（P0.05）.The growth indicators of observation group were higher than that of control group（P0.05）significantly.The incidence of infectious and communicable of observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group.Conclusion：Trace element supplement for lactating women and acupuncture points touch make newborns＇ trace elements level rise obviously,not only can promote the growth and development of newborns,but also improve the immunity,reduce the incidence of disease,which have important significance for normal newborn development.
