宣肺通络平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘发作期临床研究

Clinical Observation on Effect of Xuanfei Tongluo Decoction on Treating Attack Stage of Child Asthma

目的:通过临床观察宣肺通络平喘汤对小儿哮喘发作期(寒热夹杂型)治疗前后的变化,旨在探讨中药治疗小儿哮喘发作期(寒热夹杂型)的有效方剂。方法:按标准选择小儿哮喘发作期(寒热夹杂型)120例,采用简单随机法分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组加用中药宣肺通络平喘汤治疗,疗程1周,观察评价两组临床疗效。结果:①治疗1周后综合疗效比较有效率治疗组优于对照组(Z=4.269,P=0.000);②治疗1周后中医临床疗效有效率治疗组优于对照组(Z=3.649,P=0.000);③治疗组在平喘起效时间、喘平时间、咳止时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺通络平喘汤治疗哮喘发作的疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective：Clinical observation on Xuanfei Tongluo Decoction on treating attack stage of child asthma（cold and heat mixed type） was carried on to explore valid prescription of children with asthma（cold and heat mixed type）.Methods：120 cases of children with asthma（cold and heat mixed type）were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.60 patients in treatment group were treated with Xuanfei Tongluo Decoction.The clinical effects were observed.Results：①The comparison of integrated effect of the two groups：the treatment group was better than the control group in effect（Z=4.269,P=0.000）.②The comparison of clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine of the two groups：the treatment group was better than the control group in effect（P0.05）.③The treatment group was superior to the control group in the onset time of asthma,asthma-relieveing time,cough-stopping time（Z=3.649,P=0.000）.Conclusion：Xuanfei Tongluo Decoction has better effect than single western medicine on treating asthma.
