锦带花体内抗流感病毒有效部位研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究锦带花有效部位在体内抗流感病毒的作用。方法:建立在体流感病毒感染小鼠肺炎模型,通过观察小鼠肺部病变程度及指标,测定肺组织内流感病毒血凝滴度,判定锦带花各有效部位对小鼠肺炎的治疗作用。结果:口服锦带花乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物及乙醇提取物能明显减轻小鼠肺组织病变程度,对肺组织内病毒的增殖有明显抑制作用,其中,乙酸乙酯提取物效果最为显著。结论:锦带花乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物及乙醇提取物均具有良好的抗甲型流感病毒的作用,其中乙酸乙酯提取物效果最为显著,且呈剂量效应关系。 Objective:To investigate the antiviral effect of active component of Weigela florida on influenza virus H1N1 in vivo.Methods:Influenza virus infection mouse pneumonitis model was established,and pulmonary pathological changes and pulmonary virus hemagglutination titers of the mice were examined for the assessment of the anti-influenza activity of the active component in vivo.Results:Oral use of the extract of ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol,ethyl alcohol of weigela florida significantly reduced the pulmonary pathological changes,and inhibited the proliferation of pulmonary virus,especially the extract of ethyl acetate of weigela florida.Conclusion:The extract of ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol,ethyl alcohol of weigela florida have antiviral activity by inhibiting replication of influenza virus A/H1N1 in vivo in a dose-dependent manner,especially the extract of ethyl acetate of Weigela florida.
