HPLC测定九味双解口服液中大黄素的含量

Determination of Rhein in Jiuwei Shuangjie Mixture by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定九味双解口服液中大黄素的含量。方法:以Dikma Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,采用外标法定量测定。结果:大黄素进样量在0.01682～0.4205μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99998)。平均回收率为103.5%;RSD为1.92%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,适用于九味双解口服液中大黄素含量的测定。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of Rhein in Jiuwei Shuangjie Mixture.Methods：Dikma Diamonsil C18 column（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used,and the mobile phase consisted of MeOH-0.1%H3PO4（85∶ 15）.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and the determination wavelength was at 254 nm.Results：The linear range was in the range of 0.01682~0.4205 μg（r=0.99998）.The average recovery was 103.5%;RSD=1.92%（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and reliable for determination of Rhein in Jiuwei Shuangjie Mixture.
