摘要
目的:对二黄汤方药3种方法(半仿生法、半仿生-酶法、水提法)分子量≤1000 Da提取物作多指标成分比较,优选较佳的提取方法。方法:分别用半仿生-酶法(SBEE法)、半仿生提取法(SBE法)和水提法(WE法)制备该方药分子量≤1000 Da的3种提取物,对其作黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱、甘草次酸、总生物碱、≤1000 Da提取物干浸膏得率的测定,将各指标测得值进行标准化处理,经加权求和后得综合评判指标Y值,Y值大者为优。结果:3种方法提取液的Y值大小顺序为:YSBEE>YSBE>YWE。结论:二黄汤方药的3种提取工艺中,以半仿生-酶法为佳。
Objective:To compare index components in molecular weight ≤1000 Da extracts of Erhuang Decoction using three methods(semi-bionic extraction,semi-bionic-Enzyme extraction,water extraction) and choose the best extraction method.Methods:Erhuang Decoction was extracted by the method of water extraction,semi-bionic enzyme extraction and semi-bionic extraction respectively,adding all the indexes of baicalin,berberine hydrochloride,glycyrrhetinic acid,total alkaloid and ≤1000Da extracts processed by standardized,the composite evaluated indexes of Y of each method was compared by weighted sum,finally the best one was chosen.Results:The order of Y using three methods of extraction of Erhuang Decoction was:YSBEE YSBE YWE.Conclusion:Among the three methods of Erhuang Decoction,the method of semi-bionic enzyme extraction is the best.
