肌钙蛋白Ⅰ测定对不稳定型心绞痛患者预后判断的意义

目的 :探讨在不稳定型心绞痛患者测定肌钙蛋白 (c Tn I)的临床意义。方法 :用固相层析免疫法测定 2 0例不稳定型心绞痛 (U A) ,30例稳定型心绞痛 (SA)和 43例正常人的血清 c Tn I水平。结果 :U A组的血清 c Tn I阳性率 (35 % )高于 SA组 (6 % ) ,差异显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。UA组中血清 c Tn I阳性的急性心肌梗死发生率明显高于血清c Tn I阴性者 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,但两组的 CK,CKMB无显著差异。结论 :血清 c Tn I是反映心肌细胞损伤敏感性高 ,特异性强的生化指标 ,它对判断

Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of serum troponin Ⅰ(cTnI) in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UA).Methods:Solid\|phase immunochromatography was used to detect serum cTnI in 43 healthy subjects,30 stable angina pectoris (SA) and 20 UA patients.Results:The positive rate of cTnI in UA(35%) was significantly higher than in SA(6%)( P <0 05).Among the 20 UA patients,the incidence of AMI were significantly higher in cTnI positive group than in cTnI negative group.No significant difference was found in serum CK and CK\|MB among 2 groups.Conclusion:Serum cTnI demonstrates minor myocardial damage and can predict the prognosis of patients with unstable angina.
