Healthy education of transcatheter closure operation on congenital heart disease with buttoned device in adult patients

目的 :探讨健康教育对施行纽扣式补片术病人的作用。方法 :110例纽扣式补片术病人接受设计的健康教育课程。结果 :减少了手术并发症的发生 ,与 1997年 15例施行该项手术病人比较效果满意。结论

Objective:To ascertain the impact of healthy education for congenital heart disease patients treated by buttoned device in adult.Methods:One hundred and ten inpatients with congenital heart disease received healthy education of especial layout.Results:Complications decreased more significantly than 15 cases operated before transcatheter closure operation.Conclusion:Healthy education can enhance the suitability of transcatheter occlusion treatment on patients with congenital heart disease.
