摘要
目的:对我国2010年各省市医药制造业创新效率进行评价,以找到制约各省市医药制造业技术创新发展的瓶颈,优化资源并为制定相关政策提供决策依据。方法:采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,在合理选取测度指标的基础上对各指标作敏感性分析。结果与结论:我国各省市的技术创新效率参差不齐,并且普遍不高,在各项投入指标上或多或少都出现各种冗余,同时,R&D经费外部支出和专利申请数是影响我国医药制造业技术创新效率最为重要的两个指标。
Objective: To evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of Chinese pharmaceutical indus- try in 2010 and to find the bottleneck restricting the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing technology inno- vation. Methods: Sensitivity analysis was performed on the basis of reasonable selected indexes by data envelop- ment analysis (DEA) method. Results and Conclusions: The technological innovation efficiencies of different provinces are jagged, and kinds of redundancy exist in various input indicators. It is the R & D funding for the ex- ternal expenditures and the number of patent applications that affects the technological innovation efficiency of Chi- nese pharmaceutical industry most.
