对昂丹司琼致QT间期延长的研究进展进行了综述,分析了可能存在的机理。昂丹司琼可显著延长QTc间期,并可能因此而产生严重的心血管不良反应。其作用机制可能与昂丹司琼阻断心脏有关钠离子和钾离子通道,剂量依赖性地延长心脏复极化动作电位时程有关。昂丹司琼是光学异构体,其中R-昂丹司琼不引起QT间期的延长,而不影响疗效。

The progress of research on the QT prolongation induced by ondansetron was reviewed, and the probable mechanism was analyzed in this article. Ondansetron can induce significant QTc interval prolongation, therefore may result in serious cardiovascular adverse events. The mechanism may be that ondansetron blocks cardi- ac sodium and potassium ion channels and increases action potential duration dose-dependently. Ondansetron is a racemic compound. The current evidence suggested that R-ondansetron does not prolong QTc interval and have sili- mar efficacy with the racemate.
