大学变迁是一个持续不断的、动态的历史演化过程,并受大学内含的风格、文化传统以及社会文明特点等诸多因素的影响与制约。因此,大学机制的变迁过程反映着大学文明的内涵和精神的转变历程。从不同时期大学机构功能、组织特质等方面,分析大学组织起源与文明传承的互动关系,挖掘其所隐藏的深层文明变迁因素,梳理三代大学传承与变迁背后的文化根源。

University transition is a continuous dynamic historical process, which is influenced and constraint by many factors such as university characteristics, cultural traditions and social civilization. Therefore, university transition reflects the content and spirit of university culture. This paper aims to sort out the cultural roots of university transition in three generations, to dig out the hidden factors of civilization transmission and to analyze the dynamics of university organizational origin and civilization transmission through the study of the institutional function and organizational characteristics of university in the different periods.
