教育理论与实践相结合既指教育理论来源于何处,也指理论形成后对实践的影响。现代教育理论的产生与运用,既远离了教师的"自我"经验,也无意指导教师的"自我"实践,从而导致了理论与实践的"脱离"。因此,"自我"的回归,既是教育人员在教育实践中的努力方向,也无疑是实现教育理论与实践相结合诉求的新思路。
