随着开放课程建设的发展,国内外出现众多可免费获取的课程资源。图书馆应该把课程资源当作资源建设的一个重要组成部分,对免费的开放课程资源进行收集、加工、标识和揭示,方便读者更好地利用,实现图书馆"第二课堂"的功能。

With the development of open course construction, more and more open educational resources and open course resources are freely available on the Internet. The libraries should take these resources as an important part of the resource construction. By searching, collecting, analyzing and cataloging these resources, the libraries should help their users to study outside the classrooms.
