The Rural Library Dilemma of the Less Developed Areas During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan Period

论文提出在农村基层建立图书馆是必要的,但是面临诸多困境,并从以下几个方面阐述了"十二五"时期欠发达地区农村图书馆的发展困境:历史困境、财政困境、图书馆功能被分解的困境、政策困境、制度困境、需求困境和规模困境。

This paper points out that it is necessary to set up the grass-roots level libraries in the rural, but there are many difficul- ties, such as the historical dilemma, the financial difficulties, the library function＇s decomposed, the policy dilemma, the system dilemma, the plight of demand, and the difficulties of seale etc., which existed in the rural library of the less developed areas during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period.
