多元化、团队式健康教育模式对冠心病患者疾病认知的影响 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨多元化、多学科团队合作式健康教育模式对冠心病患者疾病相关知识的影响。方法选取2011年10月至2012年11月在天津医科大学总医院心内科住院的147例确诊为冠心病的患者,随机分为对照组70例和干预组77例,对照组接受常规健康宣教;干预组给予多元化、多学科团队合作式健康教育,应用自行设计的调查问卷评价干预效果。结果干预组出院时知识水平较对照组显著提高,干预组知识水平升高幅度高于对照组,且干预组在饮食、预防、临床表现、治疗、运动各维度的知识得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论多元化、多学科团队合作式健康教育模式能明显提高冠心病患者的知识水平,督促患者主动采取有益于健康的行为,使其身心处于最佳状态。 Objective To explore the effect of diversified and teamwork health education mode on disease-related knowledge of coronary artery disease patients. Methods 147 cases of patients with coro- nary artery disease hospitalized in the general hospital of Tianjin medical university were divided into the treatment group which was given diversified health education of teamwork mode and the control group which was given traditional health education. The self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of teamwork health education mode. Results Level of knowledge in the treatment group was significantly improved when compared with the control group, the increase amplitude of knowledge level in the treatment group was higher than the control group, and the scores of the treatment group were higher than the control group in the dimensions of diet, prevention, clinical manifestation, treatment, activity, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions With diversified, multidisciplinary, and teamwork health education mode the patients' level of knowledge was significantly improved, the correct and positive awareness about disease were increased, and the patients were urged to take healthy behavior, so that their physical and mental state will maintain the best.
