尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞

Clinical study by venous thrombolysis with urokinase on the treatment of 24 cases of acute brain infarction

目的 :探讨尿激酶对急性脑梗塞的疗效及安全性。方法 :对发病 2 4h内的急性脑梗塞患者用尿激酶进行静脉溶栓治疗。结果 :6h内进行溶栓有效率 87 5 % ,6～ 12h 77 8% ,而12～ 2 4h ,42 9%。 2 4例中临床治愈 12例 ,显著疗效 5例 ,好转 3例 ,无效 2例 ,死亡 2例。总有效率 83 3%。结论 :尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞是目前较为安全而有效的方法之一。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of urokinase in the treatment of acute brain infarction.Methods:Venous thrombolysis with urokinase was used for treating acute brain infarction patients within 24 hours after onset.Results:The efficacy rate of 6h groups was 87 5% 6—12h 7 8% and for 12～24h group was 42 9%.Among 24 cases,clinical recovery were 12,5 significant recovery,3 partial recover,2 caese on revover.The efficacy rate was 83.3%.Conclusion:The urokinase venous thrombolysis is one of the more safe and efficacy method for acute brain infarction at present.
